| SPS History
|
1991 - SPS Team members work with UC Berkeley & Stanford University to research & develop new approaches to improve the delivery and management of capital assets.
1997 - SPS team members are among the founders of the Lean Construction Institute.
1998 - SPS team members recognized in "Rethinking Construction"  (ref. Pacific Contracting).
2000 - SPS|Technical Services founded at the request of numerous potential customers.
2001 - SPS|Production Manager brought to market. Since then, it has been implemented on major programs & projects including a $1 billion semi-conductor tool install, Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 civil phase, various phases of Channel Tunnel Rail Link, to name a few.
2006 - SPS|Academy launched with course topics including Project Definition & Design Management, Construction Operations & Logistics, and Training courses for SPS|PM modules.
2008 - SPS announces joint Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Certificate
Program with Stanford's Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE).
